Sales Representative for Maximized Genetics: Multiple Locations

Role (Overview of the position):

  • This person is responsible for acquiring new practitioner accounts, increasing test sales, and acting as a sales-force for Maximized Genetics within the public realm.

 Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role):

  • Answering cell phone & email
  • Request needed supplies (marketing materials, etc.)
  • Schedule & confirm prospective new/existing account appointments (outside of office)
  • Help with tradeshows (travel may be required)
  • Manage new & existing accounts, as well as, create new “leads” within a set territory
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on MG products and services
  • Maintain good relationships with new & existing practitioners

 Results (Expected accomplishments):

  • Manage new practitioner enrollment & communications within office database
  • Promote and explain MG services and programs to potential new accounts
  • Resolve scheduling, reporting, and accounting conflicts
  • Maintain positive customer experience and interaction
  • Participate in sales planning meeting with executive team

 Requirements (Expected proficiency):

  • High School level education/equivalency or higher
  • Experience with customer service preferred
  • Must enjoy being around children and dogs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must have a reliable mode of transportation & be able to lift up-to 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with online calendars, fax machine, email, MS Office
